At Artizan Joyeria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn jewelry.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original Artizan packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
